Our Mission and Objectives
The mission of the Réseau des conseillers en management du Québec is to be a leading organization for professional consultants by promoting the excellence of its membership to the Quebec’s business community, entrepreneurs and business executives.
The Context
Business managers face challenges such as local and foreign competition, virtualization of business, a perplexing abundance of information and increasing government regulations. All of these factors have great ramifications on the consulting industry. Consequently, networking, specialized training and visibility become very important elements in the advancement of our profession.
Our objectives 2007-2010
| Objective 1 : | To grow our membership in all areas of management consulting, in order to become known as THE association that represents our industry and offers complete services to our members. |
| Objective 2 : | To address all professional concerns of our members by networking, providing relevant activities and sustaining relationships with our partners. |
| Objective 3 : | To focus on internal and external communication in order to grow effectively, highlight the competencies of our members and promote the visibility of the RCMQ in the private and public sectors. |
Together, our Network will gain strenght and influence in order to assist Quebec’s business community and bring distinct value to our members.
